1) The service
AI Call Tools provides a “missed call recovery” system that can send an automated text message when your business misses an incoming call. We may also offer optional features such as an automated assistant that asks basic questions and captures call-back details.
2) Setup and access
To deliver the service, you may need to provide your business phone number(s), preferred message wording, business hours, and any routing details we request. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
3) Messaging compliance and consent
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent and legal authority to send text messages to your customers and prospects, and for complying with applicable laws (including marketing and privacy laws) and carrier requirements. You agree not to use the service for illegal, deceptive, or abusive messaging, including harassment, spam, or prohibited content.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass carrier rules, spam detection, or opt-out mechanisms.
- Use the service to collect sensitive information (e.g., payment card numbers, medical data) via SMS.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
5) Third-party providers
The service depends on third-party telecommunications and messaging providers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, outages, incorrect numbers, or recipient device settings. You understand that carriers may label calls or messages, block content, or require registration in some cases.
6) Fees and billing
Fees may include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly service fee, as shown on the sales page or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once setup work begins. If your subscription is cancelled, service may stop at the end of the billing period.
7) No guarantees
While missed call recovery typically improves response rates, results vary. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, revenue, or lead volume.
8) Confidentiality
We will treat your business information and customer communications as confidential and use them only to provide the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Call Tools will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms, carrier rules, or laws, or if your use causes excessive complaints, filtering, or risk to service availability.
11) Changes to the service or terms
We may update features and these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice.
